资源简介:
Running Head: Genetics, Gut Microbiota, and ALS Progression We investigate the interplay among genetic background, GM composition, metabolism, and immune response in two distinct ALS mouse models: 129Sv_G93A and C57Ola_G93A, representing rapid and slow disease progression, respectively. Total DNA was extracted from the stool of mice with genotype 129Sv or C57Ola, with or without the mutation G93A, at three consecutive time points (namely PS,OS and SY). The DNA has been amplified to collect amplicons of variable V3–V4 regions (primers 341F and 805R) of the bacterial 16s rRNA gene and sequenced with MiSeq (2x300bp) Illumina platform.
