This dataset contains capture records of Hipposideros cf. ruber from five caves in Ghana (2011–2012). Variables include date, cave, month, year, age class (juvenile, subadult, adult), sex, and reproductive status (primiparous females excluded). In total, 7,141 captures across 128 sampling nights are included. The data support demographic analyses of sex ratios, age structure, and reproductive phenology. The dataset is provided as an R binary file (.rds). Load in R using readRDS('dataset_demographic_only.rds')
