VPRS 518 /P, units 1 and 2, were reserialised to become VPRS 10926/P1 (in September 2002). The function of the register is to provide establishment levels at the gaol each week and information in relation to admissions and discharges. Information in relation to establishment levels is for the period 1865-1867. Admissions information includes the name of the prisoner, ship, date admitted, offence, age and sentence. Discharges information includes the prisoner's name, ship, date admitted, how disposed of and the date. The register is indexed.
