This dataset is example data from the Norwegian Women and Cancer study. It is supporting information to our article \"A Standard Operating Procedure for Outlier Removal in Large-Sample Epidemiological Transcriptomics Datasets.\" (In submission) The bulk of the data comes from measuring gene expression in blood samples from the Norwegian Women and Cancer study (NOWAC) on Illumina Whole-Genome Gene Expression Bead Chips, HumanHT-12 v4.
