LEPR lineage cells in CAF development and the regulatory role of the KLF1 transcription factor in CRC CAF function

Krueppel-like factor 1 (KLF1) is one of the key transcriptional regulators associated with tumor immunity. However, the importance of LEPR lineage cells in CAF development and the regulatory role of the KLF1 transcription factor in CRC CAF function remain to be elucidated. Lepr-cre; Tomato cells were sorted from bone marrow flush and then carry out CUT & RUN ChIP-seq to compare the difference between WT and KLF1-KO mice.
