Structure output for rockhopper penguins (with location priors)

This file contains the structure input file (.str, .txt) and the plots (.html) generated for different values of K in Structure, using the filtered SNP dataset that contains All rockhopper penguins taxa together. This includes the northern rockhopper penguin (E. moseleyi), the western rockhopper penguin (E. chrysocome) and the eastern rockhopper penguin (E. filholi). Note this file contains data using location priors.
