Foetal_Cell_Atlas

Single cells and single nuclei are isolated from human fetal leg muscles and purified with percoll gradient centrifugation. The goal of this study is to understand the molecuar regulation of human skeletaml muscle development and maintainance. This data is part of a pre-publication release.
