The aim of the survey was to map out and describe the occurrence of stagnation and eating disorders in various groups of functionally disabled children, as well as assess the impact of eating disorders on the children's food consumption and growth. Data was gathered at the Frambu Health Center, Siggerud, in the period 1987-1989. 221 children in the age 1-16 years with sofagusatresi, cerebral palsy, psychic disablement, congenital organic heart disorder, blindness, cystic fibrosis and epilepsy were examined in consideration to height, weight, state of nutrition, eating disorders and consumption of energy and nutrition. Data about the children's growth from birth and the parents experience of eating disorders in infancy- and early childhood was also gathered. The documentation of the dataset is incomplete.
