Investigation of the effect of Limosilactobacillus ingluviei C37 on Campylobacter jejuni in the cecum of broiler chicks

In order to investigate the effect of Limosilactobacillus ingluviei C37 (LIC37) on Campylobacter jejuni in the cecum of broiler chicks. Newly hatched 0-day-old chicks were assigned to 3 groups. One is as a control, another is as the infection model with Campylobacter jejuni, and the other is as the administration model with LIC37 into infected chicks. All chicks were euthanized and dissected on day 18. Their cecal contents were collected for the next-generation sequencing analysis based on the V3-4 region 16s RNA.
