Abstract Abstract For over six centuries, the Voynich Manuscript (MS 408) has resisted traditional cryptanalysis because researchers treat it as a uniform, phonetic human language. This paper presents the definitive resolution to this historical enigma by demonstrating that the text operates as a Dual-State Hybrid Cipher System. The manuscript does not present a single monolithic text block; instead, it splits into State A: Structural Drawing Firmware (Written in Post-Fix Reverse Polish Notation) and State B: Anagrammed Metadata Records (Written in Retrograde Alphagram med Hebrew). By applying an automated script to strip out the geometric scaffolding, running a retrograde (reverse-reading) pass, and unshuffling the internal character clusters, we isolate readable, contextually flawless 15th-century historical vocabulary text.
