计划生育手术包括宫内节育器放置取出术、皮下埋植剂放置取出术、输卵管结扎复通术、输精管结扎复通术、人工流产术、中期妊娠引产术等手术。计划生育手术数据集收集了四川省、河南省、重庆市、宁夏回族自治区等省（直辖市、自治区）育龄妇女的宫内节育器放置术和取出术相关信息，累计234230条数据记录。数据资料包括计划生育技术服务档案、术前筛查报告、术前检查记录表、术前专家评估建议、手术知情同意书、手术记录表、术后生殖健康教育处方以及术后追踪随访等信息。本数据集可用于计划生育手术临床效果研究、手术并发症研究以及相关技术/产品研究等。Family planning surgeries include insertion and removal of intrauterine devices (IUDs), insertion and removal of subcutaneous contraceptive implants, tubal ligation reversal, vasectomy reversal, induced abortion, second-trimester induced labor, and other related procedures. The Family Planning Surgeries Dataset collects information related to IUD insertion and removal from women of childbearing age in Sichuan Province, Henan Province, Chongqing Municipality, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, as well as other provinces, municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions, with a total of 234,230 data records. The dataset covers family planning technical service archives, preoperative screening reports, preoperative examination records, preoperative expert evaluation opinions, surgical informed consent forms, surgical operation records, postoperative reproductive health education prescriptions, and post-operative follow-up information, among other materials. This dataset can be applied to studies on the clinical efficacy of family planning surgeries, surgical complications, and related technologies and products, as well as other relevant research fields.
