How seeds and growth dynamics influence plant size and yield: Integrating trait relationships into ontogeny

The "SeedGrowth" folder consists of three subfolders: <br> The "data" subfolder contains all the input (raw) data. This includes the destructive data used to calibrate mass and area (harvest.xlsx) and the non-destructive data used to fit growth curves (monitoring.xlsx), as well as the yield data (yield.xlsx) with information on seed mass and reproductive output of each plant. <br> The "script" subfolder contains an R file documenting the data preparation. <br> The "output" subfolder contains the processed dataset used for statistical analyses.
