This dataset contains benchmark measurements collected during an exploratory study of post-quantum cryptography (PQC) algorithms executed across heterogeneous environments, including local machines and free-tier cloud platforms.
The objective was to support early-stage migration planning for a large Brazilian financial institution.
The dataset includes latency measurements, execution environments, CPU classes, payload scenarios (1 KB, 10 KB, 100 KB), repetitions, and algorithm categories including classical, post-quantum, and hybrid configurations.
Institution names, participant identities, and sensitive operational details were anonymized.
