The data set for each energy certificate shall contain the following data:
1. Basic data:
1.1. The number of the document;
1.2. Type of document;
1.3. Status;
1.4. Date of issue;
1.5. Period of validity;
1.6. An independent expert;
1.7. The way in which energy efficiency is assessed;
1.8. Type of application;
1.9. Purpose of energy certification by separating multiple values by ‘;’;
1.10. Type of object;
1.11. Type of building;
1.12. Cadastral markings identifying an object — aggregated information on unique designations of cadastre objects, separating the values by ‘;’;
1.13. Object address — aggregated information on unique addresses of cadastre objects separating values by “;”.
2. Building Characteristics
2.1. Year of construction;
2.2. Year of reconstruction;
2.3. Total area (m²);
2.4. Reference area (m²);
2.5. Average indoor height (m);
2.6. Reference volume (m³).
3. Evaluation and indicators:
3.1. The type of assessment;
3.2. Energy for heating (kWh/m 2 per year);
3.3. Energy for the preparation of hot water;
3.4. Energy for mechanical ventilation;
3.5. Energy for lighting (for non-residential buildings only);
3.6. Energy for Cooling;
3.7. The energy efficiency class of the building;
3.8. Primary non-renewable energy;
3.9. Primary total energy;
3.10. The level of primary non-renewable energy consumption;
3.11. The building meets nearly zero energy requirements;
3.12. An examination of the building indicators has been carried out on the basis of the actual construction result;

4.8. Indoor temperature for heating assessment (°C);
