This study examines the RNA-binding targets of IGF2BP3 in OVCAR3 human ovarian cancer cells. RNA immunoprecipitation sequencing (RIP-seq) was used to capture and sequence transcripts bound by IGF2BP3, a key m6A reader protein. The data reveal post-transcriptional regulatory networks associated with IGF2BP3 in cancer-related pathways.
