Derived analysis artifacts for the manuscript ECG foundation models share an age-related performance disparity that originates in the data, not the models (submitted to The Lancet Digital Health). Contents: the named-number tables (numbers.tex, numbers_r3.tex) that define every statistic quoted in the text; figure source-data bundles for Figs 1–5 and Supplementary Figs S1–S21 (one CSV row per plotted mark, builder scripts with inputs, verification against the manuscript files, READMEs with captions, column dictionaries and provenance); and the R3 control and re-derivation tables (per-endpoint, per-age-band AUROC and age gaps for four ECG foundation models, two universal time-series models, their untrained copies over three seeds, and classical-measurement baselines across 13 cohorts). The manuscript is available as a preprint and, after peer review, from the journal. No patient-level data are included; primary ECG data remain with their source repositories as listed in Supplementary Table S9.
