The goal is to identify the mutational spectra resulting from bypass of a colibactin lesion in a model plasmid replicated in Xenopus egg extracts. Replication products were purified from extracts, and amplicons were generated by PCR and submitted to Azenta for paired-end next-generation sequencing (Illumina MiSeq, 2x250 bp).
