资源简介：
MarineMetagenomeDB is used to facilitate the selection and download of marine metagenomes deposited in public repositories (STA and MG-RAST). MarineMetagenomeDB (Release 1.0) contains standardized metadata of 11,449 marine metagenome samples. The Quick Search, Advanced Search, and Interactive Map tab allow users to select samples of interest.
