FASTQ file from Oxford Nanopore targeted sequencing of IGH locus

In this project Oxford Nanopore sequencing was implemented for clonotyping rearranged immunoglobulin heavy chain (IGH) sequences from multiple myeloma CD138+ plasma cells. The data contains filtered raw reads generated with the ligation library kit, retaining sequences with read length of 200 bp or more and less than 800 bp (to discard ligated IGH sequences). Reads with mean quality scores of less than 20 were discarded, resuling in approximately 6 million reads mappable to chromosome 14 (IGH@ locus).
