RNA-sequencing of human aortic valve interstitial cells with or without treatment of caffeic acid phenethyl ester under the osteogenic induction

RNA-sequencing was conducted to identify differentially expressed genes and enrichment in associated pathways as potential molecular targets through which caffeic acid phenethyl ester inhibits osteogenic induction in human aortic valve interstitial cells.
