Transcriptome changes in lung after the intervention of Sang Ju Yin on ALI rats

The RNA-seq of lung tissues from Wistar rats was performed. Through the analysis of differentially expressed genes, we found the genes related to the therapeutic effects of SJY. Finally, representative differential genes were verified by RT-PCR.
