Brain Imaging Dataset in Exercise-induced Behavioral Change among Chinese Sample

This dataset demonstrated the effects of acute exercise on behavior and brain activity in emerging adulthood. The study used a randomized controlled design, with an exercise group and a control group. The exercise group performed 30 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise on a cycle ergometer. The participants completed emotion tests and resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI) scans before and after the intervention. The heart rate of the participants were also monitored during the intervention. This dataset has the following advantages: the dataset consist of physical (heart rate), mental (mood), and brain (brain structure and resting state functional imaging) data; the pre-test rs-fMRI consists of two independent sessions; the sample size is large and will continue to increase in the future.
