Comparative analysis of transcriptomic changes induced by ammonium tetrathiomolybdate in HK2 cells. Homo sapiens

HK2 cells were treated with 50um ammonium tetrathiomolybdate, and a negative control was set. Other culture conditions were the same. Total RNA was extracted 12h after treatment, and the transcriptome profile was studied. All samples included 3 replicates. In order to identify up-regulated or down-regulated gene, treated samples were compared with untreated control samples.
