The goal of this study was to understand transcriptional changes occurring in human lung epithelial cells following exposure to three different particulate matter mixtures at two concentrations. These sequencing reads are made up of 3'-Tag Sequencing reads of BEAS-2B human epithelial lung cells. The cells were exposed to three mixtures from NIST (Urban particulate matter: SRM 1648a, Fine Atmospheric particulate matter: SRM 2786, and Diesel particulate matter: SRM 2975) at two concentrations (125ug/ml and 500ug/ml) for 24 hours prior to RNA extraction and sequencing.
