资源简介:
Cytotoxicity of polymers is a very important issue for their use in biotechnological and biomedical applications. The effect of nanoparticles based on hydrophobically modified hyaluronic acid substituted with amines of different chain lengths and different degrees of substitution on the proliferation and viability of human skin cells in culture was investigated. Cytotoxicity and proliferation tests were performed on primary human skin fibroblasts (HSF). Cell viability and proliferation were assessed using MTT (evaluates the activity of mitochondrial dehydrogenase of cells) and CV test after 1, 3 and 5 days of incubation with nanoparticles, respectively.
