Single-cell analysis of drug treatment effect on murine mammary gland organoid

In this study, we performed a Strand-seq experiment for the murine mammary gland organoid with and without drug treatment to measure the potential impact of drug treatment on genome instability. In addition, we created Strand-seq libraries from mouse embryonic fibroblasts and murine embryonic stem cells and used that data for updating the scNOVA framework for cell-type specific discovery of structural variants in mice genome.
