Comparison and transcriptome analysis of skeletal muscle fiber characteristics differences in Kazakh horses of different sexes

In order to study the skeletal muscle characteristics of Kazakh horses of different genders, we compared and analyzed the skeletal muscle fiber characteristics of Kazakh horses of different genders. This study uses molecular biological techniques, which can further understand the molecular mechanism of the skeletal muscle of different genders of Kazakh horses, and provide help for our future research on the skeletal muscle development of exercise horses and the improvement of meat performance of meat horses.There are significant differences in skeletal muscle histological characteristics between stallions and mares, and this difference is regulated by a large number of differential genes. Our findings can provide a data basis for the regulatory mechanisms by which sex affects equine skeletal muscle fiber characteristics.
