Division Detection and Tracking Annotated Dataset

The following dataset contains annotation for division and tracking for live cell images acquired through automated confocal microscopy. All videos are from time-lapse microscopy with time interval of 4h, and spatial resolution of 512x512 pixels with pixel size of 0.3microns. Each frame is imaged with 4 fluorescent reporters yielding 4 image channels. We include division detection annotations for 10 videos, and tracking annotations for 3 videos. 3 videos total have annotations for both division detection and tracking.
