Biofloc from aquaculture water

Biofloc technology (BFT) has gained increasing research and application in sustainable intensive aquaculture. The preculture of nitrifying bioflocs becomes an important task before the initiation of BFT aquaculture systems. In this study, metagenomic sequencing and assembly was conducted to reveal structure and function of the enriched bioflocs from shrimp aquaculture water.
