为实现苹果果实病害的快速无损检测,对苹果果实进行预处理后,采用光谱仪采集苹果果实的近红外光谱数据。近红外光谱作为无损检测的有效手段,近年来随着其技术的发展,成为各研究项目进行快速无损检测的首选方法之一。目前多数研究仅限于对苹果内部品质进行近红外光谱检测,而苹果果实易发生病害,其病害光谱数据缺乏。收集苹果果实病害数据,构建其数据集,具有再次开发利用价值,有助于科研发现。本研究使用Field Spec 3光谱仪采集了感染炭疽病菌和轮纹病菌的富士苹果果实的近红外光谱数据,同时采集其原始品质近红外光谱数据作为对照,为建立苹果果实病害的识别模型或研究无损检测方法提供数据基础。
To achieve rapid non-destructive detection of apple fruit diseases, apple fruits were first preprocessed, and their near-infrared (NIR) spectral data were collected via a spectrometer. As an effective non-destructive detection technique, near-infrared spectroscopy has emerged as one of the preferred approaches for rapid non-destructive detection across various research projects with the advancement of related technologies in recent years. Currently, most studies are limited to the near-infrared spectral detection of apple internal quality, whereas apple fruits are highly susceptible to diseases, and spectral data associated with such diseases are scarce. Collecting disease-related data of apple fruits and constructing the corresponding dataset holds reutilization value and contributes to scientific research discoveries. In this study, near-infrared spectral data were collected from Fuji apple fruits infected with anthracnose pathogen and ring rot pathogen using a Field Spec 3 spectrometer, while near-infrared spectral data of their original quality were collected as controls. This dataset provides a foundational data resource for establishing recognition models of apple fruit diseases or researching non-destructive detection methods.
