Overall design: BJ-hTert-B-RAF-V600E human cells treated for 24 hours with doxycycline to induce B-Raf-V600E expression were simultaneously treated with clobetasol or DMSO before harvest. Three replicates per condition. Differential peak-calling with MACS2.
