P bodies in HeLa, A549 and BJ cells – single-cell feature values

Data in the paper "Cellular state landscape and herpes simplex virus type 1 infection progression are connected" by Pietilä et al., 2023:
- Single-cell DDX6 mean intensity, processing body (PB) count and PB sum and mean area in HeLa and A549 cells
- A549_pBodies_two_replicates.csv (Figure 7g and Supplementary 14c)
- HeLa_pBodies_second_replicate.csv (Supplementary Figure 14a,b)

Cells were infected with HSV-1, and after fixation markers were detected by immunofluorescence imaging. P bodies were segmented, counted, and their mean area per cell was quantified. Cells were classified into uninfected and infected cells as described in the paper. Data cleanup and normalisation were applied as described in the paper. HeLa data are from one experiment. A549 data are from two independent experiments. Experimental conditions are in duplicate or triplicate (indicated by “well_name”).
