A dataset of carbon and water fluxes of the shrubland ecosystem at Sidaoqiao Station from 2013 to 2024

This dataset includes the flux observation data of the Sidaoqiao shrubland ecosystem from 2013 to 2024. The raw observation data were collected using the eddy covariance method at the Sidaoqiao station in the downstream reaches of the Heihe River Basin. The station is located in the Ejina Banner in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The elevation is 873 m. We processed the raw data based on the ChinaFLUX data processing specifications to get this standardized dataset of ecosystem carbon and water fluxes and key meteorological elements. In this dataset, the data for each year consists of 8 Excel data files, divided into two categories: LITE, which includes major fluxes and meteorological variables, and ALL, which adds data quality and interpolation indicators on the basis of LITE. Each category has four data files, including data files at four scales: half-hour (HH), day (DD), month (MM), and year (YY).
