shotgun metagenomic sequence of the gut microbiome of Locusta migratoria

Raw sequences of the hindgut of Locusta migratoria was obtained from the short read metagenomic sequencing. Feces samples were collected from 3 different types (wildtype individuals gathered from Kisegawa area, laboratory-reared solitary type individuals, and laboratory-reared gregarious individuals) of Locusta migratoria individuals to investigate the microbiome of the hindgut of L. migratoria.
