This dataset contains single site mutations of the protein YAP1 amino acid sequence and the corresponding mutation effect scores from a deep mutation scanning experiment. The dataset is split into training, validation, and test sets with 291, 35, and 36 samples respectively. The label represents the fitness score of each mutant amino acid sequence based on the deep mutation scanning experiment, with the value of the wildtype mutation being 1, and higher values indicating greater fitness.
