Whole genome sequencing 39 wolfberry plants with available raw sequence reads

15 cultivars with red fruits were planted widely in Qinghai, Ningxia, Xiangjiang, Neimenggu, and the YN and HG with red fruits were chosen because some cultivars were derived from these species. 10 wild yellow and 2 brown cultivars carried round fruit, similar to L. ruthenicum, and two cultivars carried yellow nephropathogenic fruit, which were similar to L. barbarum. 10 cultivars with black fruit were collected from Qinghai, Ningxia, Xiangjiang, Neimenggu, and Gansu province. The wild cultivars with white fruit and purple fruit were collected from Qinghai province.
