These files can be used to recreate the example in our paper. The data comes from a small subset of MODIS NDVI from the MOD13Q1 platform. The area is near Normanton, Queensland, Australia, an area that is occassionally inundated in the wet season. Of interest is a period of longer than normal inundation in 2008.
