Fungal community of grape clusters during cold storage

This study aimed to analyze the microbiome dynamics of 'Shine Muscat' grape clusters under different cold storage temperatures.The findings highlight distinct fungal diversity and spoilage patterns in 'Shine Muscat' grape clusters from the Nanning region compared to those in temperate areas, revealing the unique microbial evolution of grape clusters stored at different temperatures in Nanning.
