Coding and protein sequences of QsNLR genes identified from the Quasipaa spinosa genome
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains three files associated with the identification of 66 NOD-like receptor genes in Quasipaa spinosa. The file QsNLR_identification_information.xlsx.xls contains the identifier table linking QsNLR1–QsNLR66 to the original gene IDs, transcript IDs, protein IDs or accessions, chromosomal coordinates, strand information, CDS lengths, protein lengths, domain evidence, and predicted annotations. The file QsNLR_CDS_sequences.fasta.txt contains the coding sequences used for downstream analyses. The file QsNLR_protein_sequences.fasta.fasta contains the amino acid sequences used for domain confirmation, phylogenetic analysis, motif analysis, duplication analysis, and Ka/Ks estimation. The QsNLR genes were identified from the chromosome-level Quasipaa spinosa genome generated by Hu et al. (2022). The original genome sequencing data are available in the CNGB Nucleotide Sequence Archive under accession numbers CNP0001411 and CNP0001412. No new GenBank records were generated because the sequences were identified from a previously published genome assembly rather than newly sequenced loci.
