Purpose: Revealed molecular mechanisms between GSK2 and WRKY53 at the transcriptome level Results: We identified 38,338 transcripts in the leaf of ZH11 and GSK2-RNAi and GSK2-RNAi-oswrky53 with DESeq2. RNA-seq data confirmed GSK2 and WRKY53 co-regulated 2570 gene. Overall design: Leaf mRNA profiles of rice booting stage wild type (ZH11) and GSK2-RNAi and GSK2-RNAi_oswrky53 were generated by deep sequencing, using Illumina HiSeq 2000 .
