Duck embryo fibroblasts cells infected with Newcastle disease virus (NDV)

To explore the changes of transcript levels of various genes after Newcastle disease virus infection of DEF cells. We used the NDV GM strain to infect DEF cells while setting up the uninfected group as control group and collected cells for transcriptome sequencing 9 hours post infection.
