Dataset from Semi-Automatic Dual-Cavity PET Stretch Blow Molding

This is a dataset gathered in a semi-automatic dual-cavity polyethylene terephthalate (PET) stretch blow molding (SBM) process that comes from an anonymous industrial process in Indonesia. This data set has a total of 12,113 observations across four different product–preform–mold combinations: 600 mL Long, 600 mL HF, 500 mL Almond and 250 mL Square. All of the configurations used the same SBM machine, the same oven reheating system and the same Haiwell PLC/HMI control and data-acquisition system. 28 variables are measured for each cavity, 10 of which are quality annotations and 12 are process measurements, plus production context and timing of the cycle.
