Development of SSR markers in polyploid species using ddRAD sequence data: a case study in the genus Mimosa

In order to develop the first molecular markers specific to M. ramulosa and M. tandilensis we sequenced one individual of each species using ddRADseq. The relevance of this study relies in the development of new molecular markers to study genetic patterns within a species complex and between close related species.
