Effects of tmem39b mutation on gene expression of zebrafish larvae upon exposure to cold stress

The purpose of this project is to explore the effects of tmem39b gene mutation on gene expression of zebrafish larvae upon exposure to cold/warm stresses. The wild type and tmem39b mutant zebrafish larvae developed at normal temperature (28 Celsius degree) to 96 hpf were exposed to cold (treated at 10 Celsius degree for 12h) or rewarming stresses (maintained at 28 Celsius degree for 6h after cold exposure). Gene expression was analyzed using RNA sequencing.
