Exome sequencing from 35 patients with high-risk Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer treated with intravesical BCG immunotherapy

Exomo sequencing from 35 patients with high-risk NMIBC treated with TURBT, repeat TUR and intravesical BCG immunotherapy (= 6 instillations) from 2009 to 2016 at the Instituto do Câncer do Estado de São Paulo (ICESP). Genomic DNA from tumor samples was extracted using GeneRead DNA FFPE kit (Qiagen), containing Uracyl-D Glycosylase, according to the manufacturer's instructions. Whole-exome libraries were prepared using SureSelect Clinical Research Exome Target Enrichment kit (Agilent Technologies). Sequences (150bp paired-end) were generated on a NextSeq sequencing platform (Illumina).
