Supplementary Data 5: Cluster assignment and functional annotation for sPTB genomic regions. The included regions are those with -1.5 ≥ z-score ≥ 1.5 from Figure 2. Each row represents the lead SNP and SNPs in LD for sPTB associated regions with an absolute value z-score ≥ 1.5 for any of the evolutionary measures evaluated. Columns include corresponding data for genomic position, nearest gene, statistics from previously published sPTB GWAS from Zhang et. al. NEJM. 2018, and functional annotations.
