Chromatin immunoprecipitation with massively parallel DNA sequencing (ChIP-Seq) was performed by using the anti-BPTF antibody in MGC803 cells to explore the downstream target genes of BPTF. We perfomred ChIP assay in MGC803 cells by using antibodies against BPTF, H3L4me3 and H3K27ac to explore the targets downstream BPTF.
