Reproducibility Package for Eligibility-Gated Graph-Hydraulic Prescreening of Single-Pipe Outages in Synthetic Irrigation Distribution Networks — V8.6 Direct EPANET 2.2 Confirmation

This reproducibility package supports the manuscript “Eligibility-Gated Graph-Hydraulic Prescreening of Single-Pipe Outages in Synthetic Irrigation Distribution Networks.” It contains the frozen V8.5 decision rule, deterministic network-generation and hydraulic-analysis code, fresh confirmation datasets, closure-level results, topology-family and failure-mode analyses, sensitivity and stress tests, scalability evidence, WaterGEMS cross-checks, and 90 frozen EPANET input files. The same 90 networks were re-executed directly using WNTR 1.5.0 with EPANET 2.2, comprising 5,700 single-pipe closures and 4,382 consequential outages. Direct EPANET confirmation retained zero observed false negatives and reproduced consequential classification for all 5,700 closures. Numerical differences near the frozen 18 m eligibility boundary reduced direct-engine run savings to 2.93% but did not reduce outage coverage. SHA-256 manifests are provided for integrity verification. The evidence is based primarily on synthetic networks and does not constitute field validation or a universal outage-detection guarantee.
