Saccharomyces arboricus genome sequencing with single fragment 454 reads

The genome sequencing and assembly of the yeast species Saccharomyces arboricus was achieved using a dual sequencing platform approach. Both single fragment and paired-end 454 reads were assembled using Newber2.3. SOLiD 4 genomic reads were then mapped to the assembly and used to improve base-space resolution. The single fragment 454 reads are detailed in this submission.
