数据来源于大名县20家基层医疗机构，在提供医疗诊疗服务过程中产生，主要门诊/急诊/住院流水号、中医/西医诊断用于记录完整记录输血申请、配血、执行与反应，保障用血安全可溯，服务于输血质量与用血合理性评价
This dataset is sourced from 20 primary medical and health institutions in Daming County, generated during the delivery of medical diagnosis and treatment services. It mainly records outpatient, emergency and inpatient serial numbers, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and Western medicine diagnoses, as well as complete records of blood transfusion applications, blood matching procedures, execution processes and adverse transfusion reactions. The dataset aims to ensure blood use safety and enable traceability, supporting the evaluation of blood transfusion quality and the rationality of blood utilization.
